I do not speak Spanish personally but I wanted to mention a Dish Network Review for those who live in the United States and who’s primary language is Spanish.  Most cable companies do offer several options for people who’s second language is English but from what I have been reading dish network really goes above and beyond with its choices of Spanish programing.  They do this with many other languages as well for those of you who might speak German, Chinese, Etc.  Finding quality programing can be very challenging for someone living in the USA who doesn’t speak good English, but dish network has just made your life easier.
