Camry Hybrid versus the Honda Civic Hybrid

Toyota and Honda are the world leaders in hybrid technology. Honda introduced the first hybrid vehicle to the US market in 1999 and Toyota followed up with the Prius the following year. The technologies each chooses to use is different, but the end result is th same: great fuel efficiency vehicles. So lets take a quick look at the fuel ratings of two very popular hybrids: The Honda Civic Hybrid, which has been around since 2003 gets an EPA rating of 40 miles per gallon in the city and 43 miles per gallon on the highway. The Toyota Camry Hybrid Gas Mileage rating is 33 miles per gallon in  the city and 34 miles per gallon on the highway.
