Getting the Team to Work Together
April 30, 2009 8:55 pm BusinessI have just started coaching a team, and they are not working together at all. As soon as someone gets the ball they want to score on their own. They don’t want to pass to anyone else, even if they don’t have a good shot at scoring. I need to find some way to get them to work together. Does anyone know of any good teambuilding activities that would help me out? I need them to see that we would actually win more games if they worked together as a team. I am hoping I can find a good way to do this soon.
