I was communicating with someone regarding New Orleans Drink Machines today since they had one advertised on classified ads.  It looked like a good deal until I took a closer look at the photograph.  It appeared that the machine was missing the dollar bill validator.  They would really have to come down on the price to move the drink machine that way.  I may yet take a look at the mmachine in person.  If it is in good shape, I could pick it up for a reasonable price and make the repairs myself.  That would mean picking up a bill validator from the internet.
