Lately, it seems as if everywhere I look, there are more and more San Antonio houses for sale everyday. I sure wish I was looking to purchase a home now. I bought my house two years ago, when the average selling time for a home was about a month. I put offers on 4 houses just to find out they had went under contract the day before. It was my on my fifth try when I finally secured my home. I feel that I paid a fair price for my home, and I am really happy with it. Although, I imagine I could get a much better deal with today’s market.
