Why Not Try Flipping Property In Australia

2:55 am Business

One of the most common investment strategies, used by investors in Australia, is ‘flipping’. Mostly used by more experienced investors, ‘flipping’ involves buying a bargain property and then reselling the property, at a profit, to another buyer. However, both sales of contract must be signed on the same day by both parties. This type of investment does have its downfalls as if the initial investor fails to find another buyer, then a contract of sale has been signed and must be completed leaving the initial investor with a property he may not have wanted and also tying up a lot of the investors money.
