There are so many products that have stopped because of the market change or other reasons in every era. Samsung is not one of them. With strict leadership, Samsung successfully survived the competitive market. They have been making household appliances, and cameras. Now seeing the profitable mobile phone market, they started the cell phone division and are successfully marketed. Samsung could be found almost everywhere, even on Facebook and Twitter. Connecting with the younger generation is probably one of their keys to success. The second would be highly competitive products. Thirdly, the Samsung instructions are plain simple. Then here comes the marketing. With the reputation that has built from the past, it was not too hard. They are sensitive to the market needs and act on it. Success is not wholly luck; Samsung’s makeover is a good example. If you wish to start a business, before you start it, study Samsung’s experience and strategies would help you reflect better.
