My cousin emailed me the other day. She and her husband are trying to lower their monthly bills. She asked me where to buy cell phones that would fit in her budget. I told her to go online and compare different carriers. She would need to look at and compare the different types of service plans they offer. I told her that some times service providers offer deals if you sign a contract with them. I did this with one provider and ended up getting an expensive phone for free. I do not know exactly what her budget is so if she searches online she will be able to find one that suits her best.
