I bought my computer brand new only six months ago. Unfortunately, it is of no use at all to me now. A few days ago I discovered it is now infected with the av exe virus. This virus is known for completely wiping out a hard drive so that it can never be repaired. I checked with a computer specialist to see if it could be repaired and I was told I would have to have a brand new hard drive installed and possibly another motherboard as well. This would be even more expensive than buying a whole new computer. I guess I will now be shopping for a new computer.
