My fiance was sharing with me that he is paying way too much a month for his mortgage.  He is thinking about refinancing.  I told him not to make any sudden moves without further research.  So, I decided to talk to my father about the situation, and he explained to me that it would be beneficial to apply for a loan through VA streamline.  If he meets the eligibility requirements, my fiance may pay lower monthly payments or interest rate.  I discussed the idea with my fiance, and he agreed almost immediately.  Moreover, he is going to apply for this loan first thing next week.
