from one day to the next

i never know what the next day will bring there is no routine what nso ever in the way that i live. this makes it very hard to get any thing done in a day that has to do with structure. structure has gone missing big time. my workout has become nonexistant. i am getting weaker and it sux. i need to get back on track ans i need to do it like now.  i need to reduce abdominal fat also. this is not something that i have had to be concerned with on the past. but i do now.
