Group Personal Training for Trainers
September 9, 2010 1:07 am Health and FitnessThere are lots of articles out there that talk about the benefits of health and fitness, many talk about group training, I would like to say that it is great for trainers too. Group personal training means that there are generally at least 8 -18 clients there. With 8-18 people there are a range of jobs and personalities to draw on and have input into the energy of the class. The more energy that the clients put in the easier it is for the trainer. If you know how to get the conversation going for the group as a catalyst then they will just chat away for the rest of the class keeping themselves entertained, having a great time while you keep working them through the exercises occasionally interrupting individuals to correct technique etc. Then there is the money. One client will only pay so much for a session. If you have groups of 12-18 people turning up then the rate per class is better than one on one training. From a business perspective you have more people to refer clients, and to sell fitness products too.
