When I ask sedentary folks why they are not more active to enjoy botanical vitality, here are the answers I get most frequently along with my responses to them:  I don’t have time for it. Physical activity is one of the most important investments you can make in long- term health and healthy aging. It has to be a priority. The actual time you need to spend is not that great: thirty to forty-five minutes a day aerobic most days, thirty minutes of strength training two or three times a week, and maybe the same number of minutes for flexibility and balance training.
