Decreasing Stress: A Natural Way to Lower Cholesterol

Whether it be a lack of exercise, obesity, dietary problems, etc., it usually has an underlying problem that can be changed or fixed. Unfortuantely, usually these problems stem from the same source: stress. Experts agree that changing the level of stress in your life is a great Natural Way To Lower Cholesterol. To lower your stress you can do any number of things. Some ideas are: Take up yoga, running, or some other form of exercise that will let you have some time alone to think and meditate. This has the added benefit of helping you get into shape better at the same time. Reconnect with a previous hobby, or find a new one. Take up reading, playing a sport, painting, music, etc. Anything that will help you vent some of your life’s stress in a productive way. Learn to say no. De-stress your life by lightening the load you bear. Tell people no when saying yes would make you too busy. There are numerous other ways to release stress and tension healthily.
