CPR is one of the most talked about subjects these days. You go to work and their are posters, offered one day training classes, and you even see them at most swimming pool centers, beaches, and signs everywhere about learning Adult Cpr Instruction.

I decided to go find one of these classes because I realized that if I found myself in a situation to help someone and couldn’t I’d feel terrible about it. When I took the class I was actually amazed at how easy it was to do. I really should have taken this course a long time ago, but am glad I did finally take it.
