How can I gain height by stretching?

Lie flat on your stomach, squeeze your legs together and raise your feet high. Meanwhile, bring your hands behind your back and clasp them, pulling backward to raise your chest off the floor for 20 seconds. When you’re done, stay on your stomach and stretch your arms far overhead (keep them off of the floor!). Lift your right leg up as high as you can, then lower it back to the floor and do the same with your left leg. Stretch this way 30 more times. Finally, roll onto your back, stretch your arms to the sides and bring your feet close to your buttocks. Lift your pelvis way up high and hold for 30 seconds.
