Having lived in both the city and in the country, I can testify that neither arrangement has great drinking water, at least in my part of the country.  It seems as if water has gotten worse lately, or maybe it’s just my perception of it.  It used to be perfectly acceptable to run up to the sink, turn on the tap, and grab a glass of water.  Now all of our water has to be treated and filtered at home even for a quick drink.  Our Multipure Water Filters have really been doing a nice job of making the water nicer for our uses around here.  We don’t have to invest a lot of time and money into expensive water systems because we can use the Multipure no matter where we live.
