One of the Causes of Tiredness Can Be Linked to Too Much Caffeine

          I was a huge coffee drinker until I found that I was ready to fall asleep in the middle of the daytime. I drank coffee every morning, I even had a cup after dinner in the evening, to help with digestion. Well, my digestion was good, but I was having trouble getting a good night’s sleep. One of the leading causes of tiredness is too much caffeine. My doctor told me that I need to cut down on the amount of caffeine I am taking in and definitely stop drinking it after noon. Caffeine keeps the body alert, until finally, there is a crash and the body just becomes chronically tired.
