Yesterday as I was leaving for work I got a phone call from my friend Jim. Jim and I have been workout buddies for the past two months and are trying to get into better shape. I’m 42 years old and a former Marine and Jim is 38 and a former Navy guy. The reason he was calling me up was to remind me of our workout time and tell me about a nutritional company he’s been checking out called HealthSport. What I like about Jim is he is always looking at cutting-edge nutritional products and supplements that have benefited us both.
