Recently my eight year old Black Lab was diagnosed with diabetes.  My vet explained this is a common ailment in older dogs.  He wrote a prescription for insulin and showed me how to give her the shots.  I was shocked when I went to the drug store to have the prescription filled and found out how much it cost.  The dog had to have the insulin, but I wasn’t sure how long I would be able to afford it.  I talked to my vet about this problem and asked if there was somewhere I could have the prescription filled where it wouldn’t cost so much.  He suggested I buy the insulin online at a website that sells Pet Meds at discount prices.  I took his advice and now I pay half the price of what I used to for her insulin and syringes.  I am so thankful that I will be able to continue buying her medication.
