Working Out On the Weekends

I just finished eating lunch and I want to go to sleep. I ate a very tasty chicken salad that my mom made for me. I like when she cooks for me because she knows the kinds of foods that I like. She also ate some of the salad and said that it was really good.

I like to eat healthy foods because I know that it is good for my body. In addition to eating healthy, I also enjoy working out. I like doing a treadmill workout and other kinds of exercises. I prefer to workout on the weekends than on the weekdays.
