I need a break. For the last month, I have gotten barely four hours of sleep a night. I have been staying up late to work, and getting up early. I am trying to juggle work, school, house cleaning, and grocery shopping. It has made me very stressed, and I have become extremely irritable. I think it might be time to rent an Algarve Apartment and just spend some time by myself on those perfect Portuguese beaches. If I can get a spa treatment at one of their amazing resorts, it would be even better. When I come back, I will again be able to jump into my life with both feet.
