I have been making chicken curry for years, but I finally found a brand of curry sauce mix that takes the effort out of making it. Its called S& B Golden Curry Sauce Mix and its made in Japan. It comes in three heat levels ‘ Mild, Medium Hot and Hot. Our family prefers the Medium Hot level, although my son would go for the Hot level if he could get away with it! You just saut cubed chicken with some cut-up yellow onion, add water, dissolve the curry mix into the mixture, and thats basically it ‘ chicken curry in under an hour. Easy. If you want to add a tropical flavor to it, you can substitute the water for coconut milk (although if youre trying to lose weight, this is probably not the way to go).
