I am glad that we finally took care of the things that were our biggest issues in the house that we just bought. We had gotten the home as a bit of a fixer upper and the seller had disclosed to use many of the issues that we have been dealing with since we moved in. We were aware we would be repairing a leaking roof and we knew we would be taking care of the drafty windows. We also were forewarned about the crumbling chimney bricks and the loose boards on the back yard deck. We still love this house due to the location.
