My girlfriends took me out for a spa day for my birthday this year.  We all got massages and spent the afternoon in the exfoliating salt pools.  Afterwards, we got full salon service in preparation for our night out on the town.  The high-end salon had a mini-tank water heater at each hair-washing station to act as a Point Of Use Water Heater.  I found the whole experience to be pretty lavish and impressive.  We had our hair and makeup done by professionals and everyone looked gorgeous when we pulled up at Hatfield’s for dinner.  My friends managed to make this a birthday celebration that I won’t ever forget.
