What I really like about my new home, is that it is a separate wooden building in the back garden.  We are planning to use it a summer house and also as a nice place to relax.  I had seen garden rooms in other gardens and have always been slightly envious as there are so many uses for them.  It will be so nice to have afternoon tea in ours, especially when we have friends or family visiting.  The gardens have been beautifully landscaped and are a pleasure to sit in.  However, the weather isn’t always very kind and it isn’t always possible to sit out in it.
