I was nine months pregnant and looking forward to the birth of new baby. My husband was working when I went into labor. I called my midwife and she came over right away. She called my boyfriend at his office where he sells lorry insurance. He must have broken the speed limit because he was at my side in a few minutes. It seemed like a few minutes, anyway. My baby was born so quickly and it was a beautiful experience. I was so happy to be holding my new baby in my arms and glad my boyfriend could be there, too.
