I just moved into my new duplex on Thursday and was very happy with my purchase. I had never owned anything bigger than my car for the longest time and now I actually owned a piece of real estate. I was still a little unsure of how to deal with my new neighbor/tenant. Because of this I walked next door that day to introduce myself. The lady who answered the door was wearing one of those beautiful pashmina scarves my half-sister just adores. I found out that she lived alone and worked as a teacher for the local elementary school. She was very pleasant.
