At the haunted maze this year, Kate wants to put something in it that will make little kids cry.  She knows she isn’t very good at setting up these kind of things, so she starts looking and asking different people for help.  She ends up getting a group of people together to have a Halloween forum so that ideas and scare tactics can be thrown out into the open.  At the meeting, the people discuss where they want the really scary stuff and just what kind of scary stuff they want.  Kate wants to try to stay on the main theme of the maze, which is a dungeon maze.
