One program is the VA home loan program. I found a home I wanted and applied for Arizona VA loans. I was approved, and got the home of my dreams. Thanks to this program, all of my money stayed in my pocket, and no money was required as a down payment. I was worried I would have to pay some fees up front, but those were financed also.
