My neighbor has been investing in land for years. He was telling me yesterday how much money he has made. The amount was quite impressive. All he does is find different parcels of Land for sale, usually things that have been foreclosed, and makes low offers. Most of the time, he gets the land. Then he cleans it up, holds it until the market creeps us a little bit, and sells it for a profit. If I save up enough money, he told me he would help me make my first land investment. I think it sounds like a good idea.
