I was studying Native Americans in college in Arizona. I decided that I wanted to stay in Arizona because of the low humidity. I went around and found the perfect house. So, I took out a Phoenix mortgage and moved in. It was wonderful, but it would not have been possible without the mortgage. Now that I am older and have kids, they even enjoy the Native American history. I think it is so fascinating, it is no wonder that people spend their whole lives studying this. I think if I had to do it over again, I would have started studying earlier.
