At the moment i am incredible motivated to train and improve my health and well being by engaging in regular exercise. so much so that i have been looking for a few guys to train with. I thought if i train with someone else i will stay motivated and maintain my focus. i decided to try the buddy training program at mma gyms sydney ,  the program last for six weeks and you get matched up with someone with similar goals and fitness level to you and together you help each other to achieve. I start the program next week and the first week compiles kung fu training as well as three strongman sessions.
