Research a good diet or energy enhancing recipes designed to compliment an intense exercise program. For the first two and a half months, focus one day a week on each sport, building technique and endurance as you go. Then the remaining weeks all you really need to do is to practice combination or brick training. This is when you swim and bike in one day or bike and transition to the run. This lets your body adjust to the different needs of each sport.
