Offensive application removed from App Store

5:55 pm Technology

An application that simply allows its users to go to a online catalog and select from a plethora of wallpapers has been removed from the Apple App store because it was deemed too offensive. According to iPhone News reports, the application included a section for beautiful female models, in which some of the models were dressed quite provocatively. Although the women were not necessarily in the nude, they were deemed too offensive. It also didd not help that the descriptions were written in provocative language. It is unknown how in the world the application made it onto the Apple App Store.
