I had to laugh the other day when I phoned car rental queenstown airport because as soon as I said my name the lady I was speaking knew who I was and asked how my trip the previous weekend was. I guess I should not have really been that surprised as I have been down there a lot in the last few months visiting friends and doing business and every time I have booked a car through them. Obviously my account showed up when she typed in my name and it said that I was due for a free upgrade on my next booking, so I was pretty happy to get one of the executive vehicles for that trip.
